This event is targeted at small and medium enterprises, and entrepreneurs. This session will focus on tracking objects in images and videos.

Join Professor Richard Everson from the University of Exeter and the Alan Turing Institute, for a broad introduction to the field of Computer Vision.

Computer Vision is an interdisciplinary scientific field that deals with how computers can gain high-level understanding from digital images or videos. From the perspective of engineering, it seeks to understand and automate tasks that the human visual system can do.

This is the first in a series of events that will look at what computer vision is, how it works and how businesses and entrepreneurs can use it.
