Here is your chance to learn some new 3D design skills with us online. You design, we'll print it for you and deliver by post.

Here is your chance to learn some 3D design and create your own 3D Named Keyring.

Requirements:

You'll need a Windows / Mac or Chromebook laptop or desktop computer with a webcam.

The 3D design platform we use is online (It's called TinkerCAD) so you'll need internet access - there's no software to install. You will need to create an account before the workshop - when you purchase the workshop, full details will be provided.

We request that an adult sits with the child during the workshop to help with the design process and then helps at the end to email us a link to their design.

You will receive:

Once the workshop has been purchased, you will receive full details in an email explaining how to create your own account online for the platform we use and, on the day of the workshop, you will receive another link to an online page with full video tutorials for how to create your design and how to provide us with a link to the design so we can print it. Then, if for any reason you can't join the live workshop with video link, you will still be able to use the videos to design your keyring and send the link to the design to us.

You will also receive a link to an online consent form giving permission for your child to link up with us through a video call using Zoom. This must be completed before the workshop begins.

Suitability

This online workshop is suitable for children aged 8-15yrs - all abilities from beginners upwards. No previous 3D design skills needed. We'll guide them through each step!

This workshop includes:

This workshop fee includes one 3D print and 2nd Class postage to your address linked to your Eventbrite account. Need postage to a different address? Please specify this when you email your design to us. Please note that 3D prints are a single colour and the colour may not match the colour of your design. Our 3D prints are printed in PLA which can be painted using acryllic paints.
